  Called 5 times about my order being wrong. As a former fast food employee, I understand it's not always the employee's fault. However, from the very first time I called, someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. When I'm finally through to someone they say "we can't send it to you today, but we'll put it on your account for the next time you order."
  
  So here's me ordering the next time. Same old song and dance. Horrible service. Only took me 3 phone calls to get someone this time. When I explain to the gentleman my situation about the order on my account, he claims that he's new, doesn't know how to use the system, and he's the only person in the store. Thankfully I was just outside of the store and saw there were at least 3 employees in the store.

  my family has been ordering from this domino's since i was a little girl, and every driver's face is familiar to me. i LOOVEE the food, one time i complained online about not enough pepperoni and they sent me a gift certificate for a free pizza! I love them, only pizza place i trust around here.
